Asien und Down Under – Der Wind, Hundert Inseln und ein neuer Plan

Gegen 8 Uhr heute morgen ist die Grand Lady vor der Insel Quezon vor Anker gegangen. Der Landgang war per Tenderboot geplant. Leider hat der Wind und die Wellen dies unmöglich gemacht.

Das Wetter ist sehr schön bei 26 Grad Aussentemperatur. Leider ist der Wind zu stark um die Boote ins Wasser zu lassen.

Der Kapitän hat die Entscheidung getroffen: Die Grand Lady nimmt nun Fahrt auf nach Manila, der Hauptstadt der Philippinen.

Das Team der Grand Lady hat sofort ein entsprechendes Tagesprogramm zusammengestellt, bei dem – neben sportlichen Aktivitäten – naürlich auch Bingo nicht fehlen darf.

Um 21.30 kam der Lotse an Bord und gegen 22.30 haben wir in Manila auf den Philippinen angelegt.

Asia and Down Under – The wind, Hundred Islands and a new plan

Around 8 am the Grand Lady anchored near the island of Quezon. The plan was to dis embark the ship by tender boat. Unfortunately the wind and strong waves made this impossible.

We have very nice weather with 26 degrees Centigrade, however the wind is too strong to put the boats to water.

The captain made a decision to take course to Manila, the capital of the Philippines.

The Team of the Grand Lady immediately created a new program for the day with lots of sporting activities – and of course Bingo.

Around 9.20 pm the pilot came on board and the ship moored in Manila on the ^philippinres around 10.30 pm
